RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or reschedule your ride please call or text us at 1-646-771-2868
We have WhatsApp for international users!

You can easily cancel your ride for a refund* within 24 hours of your scheduled ride! 

You can also give us a call to reschedule your ride on the same date up to three hours before your reservation without incurring any fees, if we have availability.

While we can’t guarantee we will have your preferred time slot available, we will do our best to reschedule your ride with the time slots we have open.

To best accommodate you, we suggest making any changes in your ride 24 hours or further in advance.

For the safety of our horses, drivers, and you, Little Red Carriage reserves the right to cancel any ride due to predicted or in effect adverse weather conditions such as thunderstorms, strong winds, or weather advisory statements issued by The National Weather Service for New York City.

Little Red Carriage also reserves the right to cancel a ride due to any unforeseen circumstances such as a mechanical failure. In the instance where we must cancel your ride, we will issue you a refund*


You may receive a refund* of your ride for the following reasons:

•If you reach us to cancel your ride within 24 hours of your reservation time you will receive a refund*

•If your reservation time occurs during horse carriage weather related suspensions issued by the NYPD MU/NYC DOHMH, such as temperatures exceeding 89°F or 80°F + high humidity, temperatures going below 19°F, heavy snowfall, extreme wind, blizzards, heavy rain storms, air quality advisories, etc. you will receive a refund* (We will first attempt to contact you to offer a rescheduling of your ride, subject to availability if a weather related suspension goes into effect before your ride begins. If it goes into effect during your ride, we will complete the ride within 30 minutes from when the suspension begins.)

•If your ride is cancelled or greatly altered due to NYPD blockades or street closures (due to parades, special events in Central Park, or other activities occurring in NYC), you will receive a refund*

•If your ride is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances with Little Red Carriage, such as mechanical failure, you will receive a refund*

You will not receive a refund* of your ride for the following reasons:
•If you don’t show up on time for your ride without confirming this change with us, you will not receive a refund.

•If you cancel your ride with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $50 fee deducted from your refund*

*All refunds are less $2 - $5 per ride credit card processing fees.

We understand unforeseen events happen. In these situations we will do our best to accommodate your ride or refund and have you avoid any cancellation fees, but please understand it won’t be guaranteed outside of our policy guidelines.
