GRATUITIES/TIPPING

Our rates are the legal maximum allowance set by New York City and are adjusted based on the Consumer Price Index every 3 years. The majority of what you pay for your ride actually goes directly towards the care and upkeep of our horses! 

In NYC it’s customary to tip someone who has provided some type of service at least 15-20% of the total cost of the service provided, before any discounts are applied. If one enjoys their purchase they will typically consider giving even more. Please have your driver in mind during your ride and consider arriving prepared by stopping at the ATM prior to your ride.
